Patsy's Shortbread Cookies

Combine:

1/2 C cornstarch

1/2 C icing sugar

1 C flour

 

Add:

3/4 C soft butter

 

Mix well. Roll out on floured surface with floured rolling pin. Cut into shapes. Bake at 300 degrees F for 15-20 mins.
