Wendy’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup margarine (hard kind works best) Cream butters and sugars together well
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2-3 Tbsp French Vanilla instant coffee powder (secret ingredient!)
3 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour Beat in the rest. Then drop by heaping
1 tsp baking soda tablespoonsful onto a parchment lined
1/2 tsp baking powder baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10
1 tsp salt minutes or until lightly browned – don’t
2 cups chocolate chips overbake.
1/2 cup Skor bits or 3 bars smashed up...
