8 oz cream cheese

1 small container sour cream

1 jar salsa

shredded cheese

red pepper

green pepper

tomato

1 1/2 lbs hamburger*

1 pkg taco seasoning*

* optional

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together with blender until smooth. Put mixture into the bottom of a large casserole dish or bowl. Cook hamburger and mix in taco seasoning according to directions. Mix in salsa. Layer on top of sour cream and cream cheese. Layer shredded cheese on hamburger. Dice up peppers and tomato and add on top.

Can be served cold or warmed up in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
